A beta, built with you

Vizioner is in private beta. Features change, things occasionally break, and we may pause or end the beta. We'll give notice where we can, and you can download your data at any time.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Vizioner. Sign-in links go to your email, so keep that inbox secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

Photos you upload

Only upload photos of yourself. Don't upload photos of other people, of children, or anything you don't have the right to use. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

What you create is yours

You own your answers, visions and boards. To run Vizioner you allow us to store and process them, show them to you, send them to the providers listed in our Privacy policy, and — when you order a print — have them printed and delivered. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for orders already in production.

AI-generated images and coaching

Images are generated by AI and can be imperfect or surprising. You may use the images on your boards for personal purposes, including printing and sharing them. The coach offers reflection and creative prompts; it isn't therapy or professional advice.

Fair use

Please don't:

• try to access other people's boards or accounts;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• use Vizioner to create unlawful, hateful or sexual content — our providers' safety filters may refuse such requests.
• paint images beyond the daily fair-use limit — we cap how many images an account can paint per day, and the app tells you when you reach it.

Payments and vision packs

Prices include VAT and are the same in every country we sell in. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

A vision is one scene painted from what you told the coach, in full quality, on any of your boards. Each painted vision comes with 3 free tries (a repaint or a variation); after those, another try costs one vision if you choose to use one. If a painting fails or is refused by a safety filter, the vision comes back to you.

A vision pack is a one-time purchase — you pay once and nothing renews: the Full board (9 visions) or the Top-up (6 visions). Visions are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, stay valid for 24 months from purchase and are used oldest first; unused visions expire after 24 months. Every new account also gets 1 free vision.

Any purchase — a vision pack, a gift or a print — also unlocks HD downloads and removes the watermark from all your boards.

Starting right away, and changing your mind

Visions are digital content delivered straight away. As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase, and for this purchase we do not ask you to give it up.

Within 14 days of your purchase, write to support@vizioner.ai with your order reference and we refund the purchase and remove the visions you haven't painted yet from your account. A refund of a whole pack also ends the HD download and watermark-free unlock, unless you have bought something else.

After those 14 days, unused visions stay in your account until they expire; they aren't refunded or exchanged for money.

Gifts

You can buy a Full board as a gift for someone else. A gift is a single-use link: whoever opens it and signs in gets 9 visions in their own account, valid for 24 months from the day they claim it. You choose who gets it, when, and the note that goes with it — or pass the link on yourself.

Gifts added to your own Full board purchase are priced as add-ons; bought on their own they cost the same as a Full board. Within 14 days of your purchase you can withdraw from it, gifts included — write to us with your order reference. A gift that has already been claimed is handled case by case, because its visions now belong to the person you gave them to.

Only enter the name and email address of someone who will welcome a gift from you: we send them one email on your behalf, in your name (again only if you ask us to resend it), and nothing else. A gift link doesn't expire before it's claimed; if you'd like one cancelled, write to us.

Printed posters

Each print is made to order for you, so once production has started it can't be cancelled or returned because you changed your mind. If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, or doesn't arrive, write to us and we'll replace it or refund you. We deliver to the countries offered at checkout.

Unfinished boards

Coaching is free, so boards can pile up. A board you started but never bought anything for, and haven't opened or worked on for 90 days, is deleted automatically, with its sketches and coaching conversations. Boards with a painted vision or an order, and every board of a customer who has bought anything, are never deleted this way. Opening a board keeps it. Our Privacy policy has the details.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Our responsibility

We build Vizioner with care, but during the beta it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

The legal details

The company that operates Vizioner, the law that governs these terms and where disputes are handled will be stated here before public launch.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
